Our Rates vary based on the season. Optional fees for additional services are listed below

For stays less then 5 nights, there is an $80 cleaning fee. Otherwise Price per week, Price per night INCLUDES ALL taxes and fees.
Policies
- - To confirm a reservation, return a completed and signed booking form and:
- If it is more than 8 weeks prior to arrival, a $200 non refundable booking deposit payment is required.
- If it is 8 weeks or less prior to arrival the payment of the total price is required.
- - 8 weeks prior to arrival, the remaining balance is due if not already paid.

- Cancellation:
- - More than 8 weeks prior: Full Balance minus booking deposit
- - 4-8 weeks prior: 50% of Balance refunded
- - less than 4 weeks prior : No refunds
- - A $250 security deposit is due before your arrival. It will be refunded to you within 7 days after your departure.
- There is a minimum stay of 3 nights.
- There is a cleaning fee for short stays.
